Richa Patil founded MetaDecrypt and evolved it into MetaDecrypt AI Atlas with a vision to help build the next generation of AI infrastructure across the United States, UAE, GCC and India. She leads the company's strategy, partnerships and project development — bringing together technology providers, infrastructure developers, energy companies and strategic stakeholders to transform ambitious ideas into execution-ready infrastructure.

Saandeep V. Dandekar brings over 37 years of leadership experience across digital infrastructure, telecommunications and mission-critical data centre development in India, the Middle East and APAC. Prior to joining MetaDecrypt AI Atlas, he was with NTT Global Data Centers, contributing to the growth of one of India's leading hyperscale data centre platforms. He leads infrastructure strategy and project delivery, and is the author of the Wired Nation series.

Saravana Jaikumar is a faculty member in the Marketing Group at IIM Calcutta, where he leads the institute's AI initiatives and flagship AI programmes. He holds a PhD in Marketing from IIM Ahmedabad, an MBA from Cardiff University, UK (Gold Medalist) and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from PSG Tech, and is widely published in the marketing domain — including the Journal of Marketing and the Journal of Business Research. He advises firms on AI implementations, bringing rigorous, evidence-based marketing and AI strategy to the platform.
